Connect your XML feed (any other CRM)
Starting at 0:23
If your CRM has no tutorial of its own, ask your provider for an XML feed of your own listings (Kyero v3 is the standard; OpenImmo and Propstack are converted for you), then add the https address in Inbound Feeds. Imported listings wait in Drafts until the address, listing agreement and expiry date are confirmed.

Questions about this
Which XML feed formats does The NLS accept?
Kyero v3 is the standard and the one to ask your CRM provider for. OpenImmo and Propstack feeds are also read and converted for you, as is the Resales-Online export. The address must start with https://. If your CRM has its own tutorial in this section, follow that one.

How do I connect my XML feed to The NLS?
In My Listings open Inbound Feeds (left-hand menu), click Add feed, paste the https address of your feed, give it a name and click Add Feed. The first import starts straight away and The NLS re-reads the feed every 24 hours. Click Refresh Feeds to import at once after a change at your provider. You can also ask Polly: give her the feed address and she opens the page filled in.
Can my feed include shared, MLS or other agents' listings?
No. The feed must contain only your own, directly listed, available properties. Shared or duplicated inventory is held and never published. Most CRMs let you choose which properties go to each portal: tick only your own stock for The NLS.

Can I import only some properties from my feed?
Yes. Under Reference allowlist on the Inbound Feeds page, add the property references you want imported. Leave it empty to reconcile the complete feed.
Why are my imported listings in Drafts?
Imported listings wait in Drafts until the address, the listing agreement with the seller and the expiry date are confirmed. Open Drafts in My Listings to finish each one. Photos normally appear within two hours; very large imports can take up to 24 hours. Listings missing from the feed later are withdrawn automatically and republished if they reappear.
