Ask Inmobalia support to create a Kyero v3 gateway for The NLS, tick The NLS on each property's Portals and Feeds tab, or in bulk with Bulk Actions, and paste the gateway's address into Inbound Feeds.
Inmobalia sends your listings to portals through gateways that Inmobalia itself sets up. There is no feed address to copy until a gateway for The NLS exists, so the first step is an email to Inmobalia support.
Once the gateway exists you choose which properties go through it, one at a time or in bulk, and paste its address into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.
Before you start
- An Inmobalia login that can edit properties and run bulk actions.
- Inmobalia support details:
[email protected], or +34 951 400 072 between 10:00 and 16:00. - Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
-
Ask Inmobalia for a gateway to The NLS
If The NLS is not already in your portal list, email
[email protected]with The NLS's details and ask for a Kyero version 3 gateway of your own listings only. You can also call +34 951 400 072 between 10:00 and 16:00.Say clearly that Network and MLS properties must stay out. Inmobalia creates the gateway and sends you its feed address. Keep that address for the NLS step below.
-
Send one property
A property reaches a portal only when it is Online. Open it, click Edit, set Publication Status to Online and save.
Then, still in Edit, scroll down to the Portals and Feeds tab, called Exports in older versions. Tick The NLS in the list of portals and click Save. The property goes out on the next run. Untick it to take it out again.
-
Send many properties at once
In Properties, filter the list, tick the properties you want and click Bulk Actions, the lightning button. Choose Add or remove portals, pick The NLS in the portals-to-add field, click Save and confirm with Yes.
The portals-to-remove field does the opposite, so check which field you are in before you save. To see what is being sent, open Advanced Search, add the Listing Type filter, choose Exports and pick The NLS.
-
Add the feed in Inbound Feeds
On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Inmobalia gave you into Feed URL. It must start with
https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Inmobalia sales, then click Add Feed.Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.
Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.
-
Import only some properties, if you want
Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Inmobalia. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.
Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.
-
Check the listings arrived
The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.
If you have just changed something in Inmobalia, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Inmobalia sends a newly ticked property on its next gateway run.
-
Finish each draft before it goes live
Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.
A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
Good to know
- Property not arriving? Check two things in Inmobalia: Publication Status is Online, and The NLS is ticked on the Portals and Feeds tab. Both are needed.
- Full export documentation for Inmobalia lives at
docs.inmobalia.com. - Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in Inmobalia, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Refresh Feeds.
- Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in Inmobalia, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
- Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
