Connect your RealtyWare feed to The NLS

Guide 4 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Ask RealtyWare support for an outbound Kyero v3 feed of your own listings for The NLS, keep imported read-only listings out, and paste the address they give you into Inbound Feeds.

RealtyWare exchanges properties with portals through feeds, and lets you choose which listings are shared with whom. It publishes no manual, so RealtyWare support sets the NLS feed up for you.

You ask for the feed, decide what it carries, and paste its address into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.

Before you start

  • A RealtyWare login, and knowledge of which of your listings are your own and which were imported from elsewhere.
  • RealtyWare support details: [email protected] or +34 952 808 000.
  • Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
  1. Ask RealtyWare for the feed

Email [email protected] or call +34 952 808 000. Ask for an outbound XML feed in Kyero version 3 format for The NLS, carrying your own listings only.

RealtyWare creates the feed and sends you its address. Keep it for the NLS step below.

  2. Decide what the feed carries

Only your own direct listings belong in the feed. Listings imported into RealtyWare from other agencies are read-only and must stay out. The NLS holds anything that is not yours.

Removing a listing in RealtyWare takes it out of the feed on the next read, and The NLS withdraws it automatically.

  3. Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address RealtyWare gave you into Feed URL. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example RealtyWare sales, then click Add Feed.

Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

  4. Import only some properties, if you want

Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in RealtyWare. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

  5. Check the listings arrived

The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

If you have just changed something in RealtyWare, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. RealtyWare updates the feed on its own schedule, and The NLS reads it every 24 hours.

  6. Finish each draft before it goes live

Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.

Good to know

  • Want to add or remove listings later? RealtyWare controls what each feed shares. Ask support at [email protected] to adjust the NLS feed.
  • Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in RealtyWare, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Refresh Feeds.
  • Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in RealtyWare, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
  • Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
