Plot / Land for sale in Estacion de Cartama, Málaga €115.000

For sale this plot of 118.000 m2 in the beautiful mountains behind Estacion de Cártama. You can see into the Guadalhorce valley of Malaga. It has a small ruin on it and the land is on a hill. From Estacion de Cartama it is about a 25 minute drive over a dirt track, which is suitable for normal cars, but a 4x4 is better. And when you arrive you feel like you have the whole world for yourself. And you can creat your whole world over here. At this moment the destination of the land is rustic / agrario, but hopefully with the new law there are possibilities to make a construction. Ask your lawyer for advice. We have videos available.
